Phyllis is passionate about chocolate. A second-generation chocolatier, she launched Tandem Chocolates in 2015, but kept her day job as the Public Affairs Manager for Park City Municipal just in case. In 2016, she realized she didn’t want to be 85 years old looking back wondering “what if…” so she took a leap of faith and left a successful career in public service to devote herself fully to creating the art and alchemy that is Tandem Chocolates.

Tandem Chocolates are handcrafted in small batches in Prospector Square and are made with Kosher Dairy.

Phyllis is a graduate of Ecole Chocolat Professional School of Chocolate Arts with advanced study in France, Italy, Belgium, and Canada.
