Park City native Robbie Stout and his wife Anna wanted to share their love of food with the world. They launched Ritual Chocolate in Colorado in 2010 and moved their factory to Park City in 2015 to grow the brand and production capacity.
Ritual handcrafts small batch, bean-to-bar chocolate using classic European methods with a modern American style. Making chocolate bars by hand is a highly technical process that requires time, patience, and creative thinking.
Robbie and Anna have a mission to produce an exceptional product that celebrates the complexity of the cacao bean and the characteristics of the region it was grown. They source the highest quality cacao in the world for their chocolate and add no additional avors. Their focus is on quality, and they are involved in every step of the making process.
